Datchet Youth Team
27th February - 20 March
This group will be open to those aged 13 -18 who have completed stage 4 as a minimum. The aim is to improve & introduce new sailing skills and to be a social group for those who are starting to grow out of 20 knot squad but aren't yet old enough to join in with young adult socials. The content of the sessions will be flexible and varied, some of the initial suggestions include:
- Catamaran sailing
- Seamanship skills
- Team racing
- Spinnakers
- Dinghy instructor & assistant instructor preparation
We will also add to this based on the interested & suggestions of the group.
The sessions will be on a Saturday afternoon this term, from 12:00 to 15:00Dates
